IMNSHO is a
common abbreviation used on the Internet and email. IMNSHO is
a natural extension of IMO (In My Opinion) which became IMHO (In My
Humble Opinion), and therefore inevitably IMNSHO (In My Not
So Humble Opinion). You will find many opinions here, just not
so many humble ones. It was just the coolest domain name I
could find when I went looking for one.

A modern buzzword is "Blog",
so, since blog is cool, IMNSHO is a blog now. So there.
This used to
be a Usenet-oriented site. Like 98% of the people on the planet, you
have no clue what Usenet is.
Usenet
is a cooperative medium that provides discussion forums on topics
that are organized in hierarchical fashion and distributed from news
server to news server. Usenet allows relative anonymity, and that seems to cause immense and rapid swelling in the
heads and egos of some of its denizens.
It was in this
environment that the C. H. C. parodies were conceived to describe the Usenet MP3
experience. Unfortunately, unless you experience
the environment, you won't understand "flooders", "trolls", and "zbebaf". I
have neither . We have neither the time nor the inclination
to explain all that, so IMNSHO has moved on, and you will,
unfortunately, be left without a clue. If you are a Usenet old-timer who enjoyed the
parodies, they are still there, at least while I live and breathe. If you want to rail about the trolls in absm.d,
visit www.Usenet-Bully-FAQ.org.
